The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements with each client.
2. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information related to the site, premises, or event to be secured. Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring lawful usage of our services

Maintaining a safe working environment for our deployed personnel

Complying with local regulations and industry best practices

Notifying us of any changes in circumstances that may affect the provision of services
3. Service Agreement
Before any deployment, both parties must sign a formal Service Agreement. This agreement will outline:

Number and type of security personnel

Agreed service fees and payment schedule

Termination and renewal conditions

Confidentiality and non-disclosure terms
4. Fees and Payments
All payments must be made according to the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Delayed payments may incur penalties or lead to service suspension. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.
5. Cancellations and Terminations
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the contract (typically 30 days). Early termination by the client without valid cause may result in forfeiture of advance payments or a termination fee.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information. All our employees and subcontractors are required to sign confidentiality agreements and are trained to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
7. Limitation of Liability
Allround Security and Logistics Services Ltd will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

Losses caused by unforeseen events (force majeure)

Damages resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the client

Incidents occurring due to client negligence or third-party actions outside our control
Our maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service period under question.
8. Employee Conduct and Supervision
Our personnel are thoroughly vetted, trained, and supervised. While on duty, they are expected to:

Wear proper uniforms and carry ID cards

Report to their assigned locations on time

Act professionally and respectfully

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
If a client reports any misconduct, we will take appropriate disciplinary action following an internal investigation.
9. Surveillance and Monitoring Tools
Where applicable, CCTV, access control, or electronic tracking may be used as part of our services. All monitoring and data collection comply with local privacy laws. Clients must ensure that they have the appropriate legal permissions to install surveillance on their property.
10. Force Majeure
The Company will not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts of Dhaka.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes through official communication or updates on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance.
